It includes an en suite bathroom, tempurpedic mattress, TV, and a standing desk + external monitor for those who need to work. The two remaining bedrooms share one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a folding table and chair which can be set for work if needed. The back patio is fully enclosed and faces a county park which has a 2 mile jogging/walking path loop. There is a charcoal bbq grill, shaded patio seating with a fan, a pool large enough for laps, and a dining area large enough for 8 with a fan to keep cool. The home also includes a garage with laundry. The garage can fit one large car or two small ones. On the right side of the house is a foot shower for washing off sand from your feet - please be sure to wash when returning from the beach! Dogs are OK (pet fee of $150 will added) No smoking inside property No parties or loud music past outside past 11pm One month minimum rental period.
