    Insanely cool small home. Bring a strong offer and the pristine wooden speedboat and trailer in the garage will be included. Also for consideration are all the quality furnishings and fittings. This luxury home is on an incredible lot (located directly below the crystal bay lookout), at the crest of the hill, near the end of picturesque Pier Ave. Sweeping lake and mountain views from every window, and all day sun await. There are no ‘comps’. Regarding the home, there is nothing to fix or repair, just move in and enjoy. The attention to detail is off the charts. It’s been a hobby and passion of mine to do projects and upgrades, mostly landscaping the past few years since the home and versatile shed were dialed in and out first.
