15th floor spacious one bedroom one bath and one covered and assigned parking stall in the Pearl One condo. Great quality appliances and both bathroom and kitchen have had remodeling in the past few years. Good views, nice breezes! There is some freeway noise but the unit has window AC unit in the living room and bedroom which does assist with muffling noises. Tenant just moved out and unit will be professionally cleaned this week. Showings usually Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 3:00pm. Looking for good credit, sorry no pets or people who smoke.
