This home has Polished Saltillo tile floors, except carpet in the bedrooms, with under-floor radiant heating throughout. The Living Room has a beautiful view of the ski basin, 12-ft. ceilings, vigas and kiva fireplace. Hard trowel plaster walls are in all public areas. There is a central vacuum system built-in. The home has a split-bedroom floorplan, and has a fabulously large Game Room for a pool table or ping pong if you wish. There is a swamp-cooler on the roof. Then there's an attached oversize 3-car garage, but also a separate building away from the house as another 3-car garage plus tool shop room, with electricity, but not heated, that has a concrete slab floor.
