This is an old adobe house. Stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is currently a tenant moving out so i used old photos and dont have any of the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has a washer/dryer in it and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has newer appliances and is great for someone that likes to cook. The house is heated primarily by wood so keep that in mind! It takes about 2 or 3 cords to heat for the winter. There is a large carport that has been turned into a shop space. In the back of the shop there is a small room with cabinets. The driveway, backyard, garden, and hot tub are shared. Pets are allowed and there are chickens on the property. Just 25 minutes away from town and no dirt roads! Owner pays for water. Renters pay gas and electric. Can be pretty flexible on the rest of lease terms.
