    REO- Fixer Upper - It appears that this triplex was reconfigured into four units, but may be only a legal triplex (no guarantee, buyer to investigate). Great project... In front, One 2 bedroom house, then a two-story 2 bedroom apt with fireplace. Then a smaller 1 bedroom apt, and then another 2 story 1 bedroom plus den which appears to need to be reconfigured and joined with the 1 bedroom, to make a nice 3 bedroom owner's unit. Again, I'm not guaranteeing any of this, this is only my observation.
