Other side of house has 2 bedroom and a Bathroom. All bedrooms and family room are carpeted. Bathrooms are tiled and kitchen and dining area has beautful wood lamintate flooring Neighborhood Description The neighborhood has a number of homes built in the early 90s (like ours) and some newer homes as well. You can tell the ones who were built around the 90's because they still have beautiful trees and landscaping. The newer section of our neighborhood is nice but it was clear cut and loses some of the character. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is made up of good people and good families. Hard working people who are friendly. Next door neighbor is a policeman and his wife is a nurse. Down the street is a professor at HPU and her family. Lots of quality people, you will see kids out playing all the time. No thru traffic at all. Great place to trick-or-treat and raise a family.
