New pellet stove in basement installed 2 years ago, and only used a few times. Floors have been redone with laminate flooring. Fence installed just last summer. Duplex with living room and kitchen upstairs, and down. Washer and dryer hook-ups upstairs and down just have to remove flooring in the kitchen closet to replace piping for the washer. Has propane heater upstairs as well as propane water heater. House has been wired to take an electric water heater if preferred.
