Bullinger Farms is a large, very well-maintained ag operation. Bullinger Farms is currently leased and operated as a large productive farm with a year-round permitted feedlot having the capability to feed approximately 5,600 head of cattle. The feedlot is roughly 36 acres and was built solidly with concrete feed alleys and 2 7/8 pipe posts, which are also set in concrete. Its water source is a 40-ft well. The feedlot includes a Silencer squeeze chute as well as a state certified livestock scale. The farm recently added 2 new Sukup gain bins, making a total of five.
