The neighborhood is great for families with children. There is easy access to Wallace Road and the bus lines. Elementary schools, Straub middle school and West Salem High within 2 miles. Credit Criteria: A prospective tenant should have a monthly take-home pay of AT LEAST 2.5 times the rent so that the rent does not become a financial hardship for them.
