You'll have a kitchenette in the apartment but can access the full kitchen upstairs if needed. Pets are OK! We're located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of Fair City Mall - tons of amenities! The closest metro stop is Vienna (orange line) and is about a 10-15 minute drive away. Major bus lines are a 10 minute walk to on Main Street/Little River Turnpike. Available ASAP. Will require background check. Rent is $1550. Utilities are an additional $150/month, including high-speed internet, water, electricity, trash/wastewater. Two seniors live upstairs. We are willing to reduce rent in exchange for a few hours a week assisting them with minor tasks. We envision some tech/computer assistance and occasional transportation.
