Additionally: - There are three mid-sized windows that allow for good lighting along with several additional ceiling lights. - The water pressure in the shower and two sinks is fantastic and the hot water doesn't run out. - All utilities are included in the rent and the apartment comes with a wifi router that has rarely had any issues (only on extremely windy days, as to be expected). - The closet comes with a shelf and a clothing rack. - The smoke detector is operational and all windows have screens and locks. - The living room has a ceiling fan and a door to separate the room from the closet. - The front door has an operational lock - The mailboxes are directly outside units - The electrical box is in the unit - Ceilings are popcorned, but not too low - The units in this complex are non-smoking, but there is adequate space outside to smoke. - There is a walkway in front of the apartment that services as a front porch. - Walking distance to the university and to the food courts/meal hall (The photos I've included are from the property's website. There is an extra charge for pets not registered as ESAs. There's only one visitor parking space. The appliances are small (big enough for one or two occupants' regular use, though).
