The unit in the South Hampton is located in the very exclusive, five star gated resort of the Kingston Plantation. The unit has spectacular oceanfront and coastline views. The large open living area with plenty of seating is a great place for families to watch TV, play games or just enjoy the beautiful views. There are books, magazines and a DVD player for those relaxing times with the family. (We updated the living area in November 2015 with all new furniture, new Cortex Flooring throughout the unit, a 49" flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player, new end and coffee tables and lamps). The large master bedroom on suite features a king size bed with a private, oceanfront balcony and a flat screen TV with remote. The master bathroom features tub/shower combo and double sinks. Two sets of bath, hand and face towels are provided at no extra charge at the beginning of your stay for the master bath. (With our November 2015 renovation we bought all new bedding for the bedroom, new flooring and there is a new tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, fixtures, shower curtain and lights in the bathroom). A very spacious 2nd bedroom on suite has two queen beds, a flat screen TV with remote and a private balcony. The bathroom features tub/shower combo. It also has its own separate entrance. Four sets of bath, hand and face towels are provided at no extra charge at the beginning of your stay for the 2nd bathroom. (In the November 2015 renovation the 2nd bedroom and bathroom was included. There is all new bedding and flooring in the bedroom. The bathroom has a new tub/shower combo, toilet, sink and vanity, fixtures, shower curtain and lights). There is a FULLY equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top/oven range and microwave. There are plenty of utensils and cooking appliances (George Foreman Grill, coffee pot, pots, pans, crock pot, toaster, blender, bowls, glasses, cups and much much more). There are ocean views from the kitchen and dining room. Counter top seating for casual meals or dine at the table. A booster chair is in the 2nd bedroom closet for the little ones. We also replaced the washer and dryer and hot water tank in November 2015. The Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front luxury resort with freshwater lakes, lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking paths, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches and 24/7 gated and roaming security. There are ocean front indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars for dining, coffee shop, shopping, activities, entertainment, pools and much more on the property. The Plantation also offers a world-class health club with fitness & weight rooms, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor racquet ball courts and numerous lighted tennis courts.
