These are vacation rental condos managed by a management company. The rate includes water, sewer, cable and free wifi. They come furnished with furniture, plates, silverware etc. There is rental grade pots and pans in the unit. If you are a big cooker, please bring your own. The homeowner will not upgrade the pots and pans. There can be a phone line installed for a $50/month fee. The rates on this particular unit are as follows: November: $1000 December: $1000 January: $1000 February:$1000 March: $1250 April: $1800 NOTE: If you stay less than 90 days you are subject to the hospitality tax of 11-12% depending on where you stay. A departure cleaning fee of $120 will be added to the initial booking. On rentals of 3 months or less, we need the full payment ( all 3 months and cleaning) paid 60 days prior to arrival. On rentals of 4+ months, we need the 1st , last month and departure cleaning fee paid 60 days prior to arrival.
