The Metra is 5 minutes away Highway 294 is 7 minutes from my home. Elementary school is 1 city block walking distance. Chicago Ridge mall is a 10 minute WALK from home. It's a very client area with dog parks and children's playgrounds and a walking trial. I have just completely replaced the roofs on the house and garage all new siding on the house and garage. I also just replaced the old crumbling asphalt drive to a 1500 square foot Concrete drive way with a cost of over $16,000. Not to mention new windows in 2017 and all new interior doors....
