The home is recently remodeled so everything is nearly new since it was done 3 years ago. Within close proximity is Trax, South Towne Mall and the canyons so the location has good work life balance. Personally im looking for tenants that share my desire for a peaceful energy. The backyard will soon have a sauna, currently has chickens and a garden and a water feature as well. You are welcome to share in this space everything it has to offer. I hope whoever applies is a good fit and can find a long term home here.
