Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls. Do not break any sprinklers. No DJ allowed, $1000 for violations. Please remain inside the property and avoid wandering around the neighborhood, as this may disturb nearby residents. Kindly refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or making noise in public areas, especially in the middle of the street. Includes fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and a workspace in the king-size bedroom. You have access to the entire studio on the left side of the property with your own gated yard and 1 assigned parking space. There is a main house on the right that has its own yard and parking. The front door has a security camera that records the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7. There is also a noise decibel monitor outside the house that measures the noise level 24/7.
