Land is located 1 mile west and 1 mile north of the junction of highways 48 and 33 in Mannford Oklahoma. It is approximately 15 minutes from lake Hayburn and about 20 from lake Keystone. Two houses once sat on the property but were destroyed in a fire three years ago. We made the choice not to rebuild in order to move closer to Tulsa where we both work. The land is improved with electric, two septic systems, and two wells. There is abundant wildlife in the area and this location would make a great place for a hunting cabin or a weekend get away.
