    Once upon a time, this must have been a gorgeous house. It has really "good bones". Through the years it has fallen into disrepair. Many layers of peeling paint and wallpaper. Cracked plaster everywhere. Torn linoleum. Damaged wood trim around windows. $24,295 of Section 1 repairs per recent pest inspection. Public records show 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths; but there really is one full bath, while the other has a commode only which makes it a 1/4 bath. Like everything else, buyer must "trust, but verify." What does it offer? Location, location, location! Find it at the desirable east end, on a lovely and quiet street of Tudor and Mediterranean homes that an architecture buff may appreciate. Did I mention the vintage chandeliers in nearly every room? We just ripped out the carpet to uncover the hardwood floors.
