Utilities included in monthly rent: tv streaming subscriptions, electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Must set up own trash service via local company. No US postal service to address but PO box can be obtained. Driveway parking for several vehicles. Pets welcome but this is a non-smoking property. BBQ grill included.
