Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval. Additional deposits, pet rent, and breed or size restrictions may apply. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Residents are expected to respect neighbors at all times. Cleanliness: Residents must maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report maintenance issues. Vehicles: Only licensed, operable, and registered vehicles are permitted on the property. No vehicle repairs, storage of disabled vehicles, or fluid leaks are allowed. Move-Out: The apartment must be returned clean, with all personal belongings removed, and in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Professional Carpet Cleaning: If carpets were professionally cleaned before move-in, they must be professionally cleaned upon move-out as permitted under Alaska law.
