An 8-foot executive desk in the master suite provides privacy and respite for remote workers. The bright loft has been re-imagined as a communal creative space and is ideal for additional workspace or children's remote learning. Enjoy two sun-drenched patio lounge areas; complete with loungers, outdoor speakers, ambient lighting and California greenery. Feel at home with creature comforts such as Keurig & Nespresso coffee machines, a Sonos sound system, and multiple Smart TVs. An over-sized gas fireplace makes the living room extra cozy on LA's winter nights. Washer & dryer are available upon request. The guest house has its own entrance, kitchenette, Smart TV, dining / workspace, and full bathroom with double vanity. Unfortunately, due to an abundance of light colored furniture and rugs, we do not allow any pets. There is room to park one car in the driveway.
