Beautiful views, especially from the backyard of the bluffs of Peak-n-Peek. Plenty of land (around 5 acres) and good neighbors. Well water tastes great and supplies plenty of water. Septic has never given me trouble in the 5 and 1/2 years we have lived here. I updated the garage with new garage doors and insulation and a new roof (currently in progress.) I added insulation above the ceiling in the house which dramatically cut heating costs. I also updated much of the lighting in the house. We did other minor updates to the front and back room and replaced the electrical meter base. I installed new bath fans in both bath rooms and did some electrical updates in the basement.
