Our home is very well maintained. In 2018 it was repainted for the second time; the pavers on our large lanai were pressure sprayed, re-sanded and resealed; the enclosure over the lanai and pool was repainted and its screens were all replaced; the bathroom faucets were replaced; and a new Tiger Shark was purchased for the pool. The following are some of the additional items we have added or updated in recent years: Kinetico water softener; landscape curbing; custom shutters on all windows and doors; cabinets and overhead storage in the garage; seamless gutters; replaced much of the tile with laminate flooring; replaced pool pump and chlorinator; replaced air conditioning & heating system; new LG washer & dryer; and a whole house Vortex generator. This saved the day during our visit from Hurricane Irma!
