This quiet neighborhood is perfect for families and dog lovers. Located just outside of Seattle proper, the neighborhood offers a relaxed pace and stunning views of Lake Washington and the Olympics. The house itself is cozy, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings, original hardwood flooring, and a great layout. The backyard offers a patio and renters will get to enjoy an abundance of plants, including raspberry bushes, a fig tree, a banana tree, and plenty of beautiful flowers. This property is currently being rented furnished. The current tenant will be moving out September 14th. I can show the house to interested applicants on most Wednesdays/Fridays/Weekends following their departure. We will be moving out furniture and doing any necessary maintenance/repairs, but you are welcome to see the house "as is." The property will be available for rent September 27th. Tenants will be responsible for utilities, including water, electric, sewer, trash, and wifi. Renter can provide averages. Tenants will be responsible for yard maintenance. Dogs/cats are welcome. There is a $500 deposit (half refundable) and an additional $20/month per pet. 12 month lease preferred, but we are open to a 6 month lease with an option to go month to month for an additional fee.
