Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with fully equipped kitchen, office area, full bathroom, washer and dryer and comfortable dining area. Can accommodate up to 2 people. No pets. Walking distance from a neighborhood park. 5 min drive from 2 shopping centers, YMCA and library. Fully furnished Rent includes utilities No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Must agree to have owner cleaners come every other week and pay their fee directly to them. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the AC when you leave the house. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please do not disconnect any electric device including the WiFi Access point. Please don't rearrange the furniture. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Code to the house will change for each guest. The host will contact you prior to the visit and provide the code.
