This is a cozy home with a great open layout and lots of natural light. There are beautiful original hardwood floors throughout that allow for a nice spacious feeling, the floor plan also allows for nice flow while giving privacy to 2 good sized back bedrooms. A 3rd smaller room just off the living room/kitchen could be used as an office, den, or for additional storage ? The bathroom has been nicely remodeled and is a perfect size. It has tiled tub/shower combination and ample storage in free standing corner cabinet and vanity in addition to a linen closet at end of hall. On site laundry is located on patio in its own enclosure, where there are a front loading Samsung washer and dryer (three years old). There is a detached two car garage behind the house accessed from the side street. A side door on garage opens to fenced yard, allowing easy and private access to the house. There are three off street parking spaces, two of which are in front of the garage and another at the front of the house near the front porch.
