The house is situated on 1.5 acres and is within walking distance of downtown Berlin. This apartment is a short term rental during the summer season. Renter pays 1/2 of all utilities including Xfinity. *No smoking permitted inside the house. *No burning of incense allowed in the house. *There are quiet hours from 11 pm - 9 am to be respectful of the other guests and neighbors. *The fire pit area is shared between the two units. *All trash is to be taken to the bins out front of the house for Tuesday morning pick up. *Parking for this unit is in front of the house. *We will add on a $300 cleaning fee upon checkout unless you choose a monthly cleaning fee of $150.
