I raised two good young men in this house The area is quiet some seniors have lived here for years It's friendly safe and close by everything It has good schools close to storm shelters I have good neighbors They have a daycare close by,Great for walking pets and kids Renter pays for water,lights,cable, and wifi etc must have it put in your own name must keep grass cut ,and sprayed anything you tore up or pet tore up. You are responsible for all things,it's HOA so yard have to look presentable
