The entrance to the apartment building is in the middle of the building which has a stairway that leads to 2nd floor. To get to apartment you go upstairs got down hallway and it is at the end of hallway. They apartment has a 12-month (1 year) lease. Upon signing of the lease Security Deposit of $650 and first (1st) month's rent is due in full. Any maintenance issues is to be reported to Frontier Housing, Inc. immediately so it does not cause any further issues. All utilities are paid by Frontier Housing, Inc. Tenant is responsible for payment of repairs to apartment due to negligence. There is no washer/dryer hookup available,
