We have lived in this apartment for 2 years and would not be moving if we weren't leaving the state. Near the corner of 10th and Corona, conveniently close to King Soopers/Ace Hardware/Dazbog. Also one block from Sexy Pizza and our favorite takeout place Wokano! Only a few blocks from Cheeseman Park! This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor, 12-unit building. Secure entrance, which you can buzz people up from. Security cameras. The apartment layout really makes it seem larger than it is. The entire hallway is lined with closets that have sliding doors i.e. TONS of storage. The sink is in the hallway, but it honestly wasn't weird at all. Huge windows that let in lots of light, and they do open! The washer is a washer/dryer combo and if you want to do a giant load, there's coin laundry downstairs. Very decent amount of cabinet space in the kitchen and nice, updated appliances. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal. Large kitchen sink! One off-street parking spot out back, included in rent. Heat/water/trash/recycling included in rent. You just pay electric (~30 in winter, ~50 in summer) and internet. Wall A/C unit. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Very responsive landlord! He quickly resolved the couple maintenance problems we had while living here and is very easy to contact.
