A well-maintained C unit. There are three C Types of floor plans at Sunbird. C units are a little tricky in terms of view, see attached photo of Sunbird layout. Some of them only have the partial view of the ocean, however my C unit is among one of the best view units at Sunbird, see the photos marked by 'Balcony View' which were taken by us from the balcony. It generates a great rental income. A brand new Carrier AC/HeatPump was installed in 2019. A new sofa with the memory foam sleeper (2018). New granite vanity with oak cabinet (2018). New microwave and new GE electric range in kitchen (2018). Right now, HOA is replacing all windows, sliding doors and exterior walls from the insurance proceeds of Hurricane Micheal, so we are expecting brand new windows, balcony doors and exterior walls this year. The Sunbird is the gated community and provides guests three gulf-side pools (one is heated in winter), a fitness room,lighted tennis courts, and shuffleboard. It's next door to Pineapple Willies, within the walking distance to super Walmart, and cross street to a public golf course. Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing activities are provided right in the front of beach. The location of Sunbird makes it one of the most-wanted rental property on the beach.
