They are also currently building a dog park if you have a furry friend! This apartment will be available in June, you would be taking over the lease with the opportunity to renew it when it ends in September. The rent is $1449, water is a set fee at $34, trash is $5, and gas/electric run anywhere from $20-$40 a month. This apartment complex is dog friendly. We can sell you some of the furniture in the apartment as well. There will be a table, desk, dresser, night stands, and bed for sale. Would be able to move anywhere between June 15-July 4, but we are also very flexible with the date!
