Reach out to owner for rates and with any questions.* Welcome to our spacious condo! Our beachy home accommodates up to 7 people and provides over 1,000sq of living space! We have gorgeous views of the lake from balcony with light shows and a view of the beach from the front door and master bedroom! Our master bedroom has a comfy king side bed that comes with a TV and a private full bathroom. Down the hallway you will find a separate bunk bed that sleeps 2 additional guests with another private full bathroom. Further down the unit you will find our spacious kitchen and living room that sleeps 2 additional people on the gel foam sleeper sofa. From the living room you will have access to the balcony with gorgeous views. Our condo comes with all standard kitchen items. We also provide linens, bath towels, hand towels and face towels. For the beach we provide a beach umbrella, beach chairs and small beach cooler to store drinks. We also supple a pack n play if you are traveling with an infant or young toddler. Please notify owner ahead of time if you will be using the pack n play so it can be set up ahead of time. We are centrally located at Laketown Wharf with gorgeous views! We are also dead smack in the middle of all events at Panama City Beach! We are walking distance to Walmart so no car is necessary. The world renowned Wharf Buffet is literally on the 1st floor of our building! Pineapple Willy's is across the street on the beach. Upside-down house & Ripley's believe it or not is also walking distance and can be seen from the balcony. Our resort has so much to offer that you really don't have to leave the property if you don't want to! We have 5 pools and even a heated pool if you are staying during winter months! You can also grill on the property and we have areas for kids to run around and let their energy out. Within a 5 minute drive you can access amazing restaurants, golfing, mini golf, parks, fishing, boat & dolphin tours, mall and go carts! To access the condo you can park on the 2nd floor of our covered parking deck and walk to our room without having to use the stairs or elevators. Please reach out should you have any questions! Owner is responsible for electricity, water, TV, and Internet. There is a one time resort fee of $30 + tax (if checking in during Jan or Feb) or $60+ tax (if checking in during other months). Please note that lease does not have to be a full month long. We do provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly leases as well.
