Currently used a rental asset lease ends next year currently will be raising the rent next year to 1200$ the area is a great place to invest in due to the casino being put in we Airbnb it for a couple months made 700$ a week and then wanted to do something more long term current tenants pay 900$ again however rent will be raised to 1200$ next year The 20 year devolvement plan is great for the area Needs around 10k in upgrades no more then 15k however it's worth around 160k since the area is right next to the new casino this would be a great addition to anyone's portfolio please contact if you would like to negotiate
