Home owned by my parents left to us children. The kitchen was updated and extended in 1993. Both bathrooms were updated 10 years ago. Roof was replaced in 2005 and in great condition. No known issues or liens on the property. In need of tlc. NO REALTORS PLEASE. I am one of two siblings trying to make a living and clean up almost 50 years of my parents belongings.
