Above it all sits a fun sleeping loft with two twin beds. We spared no expense remodeling, and the result is simply breathtaking, as you can see in the pictures. As luxurious and modern as the interior is, the true gift of this home is the serene, woodsy setting. Every window reveals views to the forest, and the babbling sounds of the creeks will peacefully lull you to sleep. When it comes time to take advantage of all that Incline Village has to offer, you will be in an ideal spot. Within a 2- minute walk, you can access the Recreation Center, Bocce ball and Tennis and Pickleball courts. Another minute walk will take you to the disc golf course, bike park, fitness trail, and Village Green (a popular place for ball sports and dog play). Keep walking a couple more minutes, and you'll be on famous Lakeshore Drive, where you can explore Incline Beach, the Hyatt Lake Tahoe, and a great 3-mile walkway with views to some of the most magnificent, grand estate homes on Lake Tahoe. On bike, you will have easy access to an extensive bike trail network that connects to the highly acclaimed East Shore Trail, a divine 3-mile masterpiece that leads directly to Sand Harbor Beach. We are also conveniently located near the celebrated Mountain and Championship golf courses, as well as Diamond Peak Ski Area. Whether you come for business or pleasure, you will appreciate the ability to work and relax with the latest in technical amenities. High speed broadband WiFi will connect you anywhere in the unit. The living area centers around a 65" LCD HDTV, complete with Apple TV and cable hookups.
