    This 2-year-old home is located on the GlenLakes Golf course. A 27-hole golf club community that is very popular. This is one of the few grandfathered in rentals in Glenlakes. We recently purchased this home with the intentions of retiring there in a few years. We need to rent it till then. As you can imagine, we are very concerned about getting quality renters for our almost new home. So, expect a background and credit history check. Mostly nice, retired folks live and golf here. So an older couple would be ideal. A one-year lease is required by the HOA rules. The home is all brick with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a very open layout all on one floor. Granite countertops, Island Kitchen, Tray ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring with carpet in the bedrooms. Lots of windows with new blinds. Master bedroom and bath has all the nice upgrades. Walk in closet off master bath with laundry room access. Two car garage has side door for golf cart. Our current renter's new home build is completed, and they will be out June 15, 2025. So, you will have to make an appointment to see the inside of the home. We will pay for the lawn care. We want to make sure the HOA has no issues about that. The HOA is strict about keeping the Neiborhood nice. So being responsible is a must. Renters are responsible for all utilities: water, electric, sewer, garbage pickup. The utility bills for us so far have been low. As I mentioned the HOA requires a 1-year lease. I can work with you monthly after that period. The home has bar stools for the island. A 2-year-old queen size bed and mattress is in the master. We can place this in anther bedroom if it's not to your liking. All stainless kitchen appliances are there. Washer and dryer hookups are in the laundry room.
