Looking for a roommate to share the half a duplex I am renting in the Five Sisters neighborhood. 1 bedroom available with shared living areas (bathroom, study/guest room, backyard, front porch, and open first floor including living room, dining room, kitchen). There is also a large basement for storage and laundry (not coin operated). Option to add a 3rd roommate to reduce rent and utilities. Great location! Close to Arts Riot, Speeder and Earls, Callahan Park, and less than 1/4 mile from bike path and a mile from Church St, Waterfront Park, and Oakledge. Rent is $750 per month plus utilities. We split internet, gas, electric, and trash (averaging $100 per month). Looking for someone to move in June 1st. Date is flexible though and could be either earlier or as late as July 6th. Picture 1 is of the front of the house, the following four are of the downstairs. The fifth is the shared study/guest room. And the next two are of the room available (my roommates belongings are there) followed by our pretty backyard. About Me: I'm a 25 year old, down to earth, young professional. I love outdoor activities and staying busy. I am pretty social and would ideally like a roommate who is warm and welcomes guests either from out of town or friends over for dinner/glass of wine from time to time. Work is important to me, so things would quiet down at a reasonable time midweek. I've been here for 3 years and love it.
