My wife and I are moving to Upstate New York for a new job otherwise we wouldn't leave this great apartment. We have been here for 3 years and love the huge living room and outdoor area we have for grilling and reading the sunday paper. You can't be closer to the running/biking trails of Brooklyn Bridge Park and you can even see the Statue of Liberty from the front steps. We have 4 months left on the lease (Apr 30) but any interested parties can move in anytime before that as we will be emptying the apartment in early Jan.
