Open house Sunday 2-4 pm. We hold open houses Sundays at the time specified in the ad until the property is rented. Because of the volume of requests, we do not schedule showings at other times. Applications are available at the open houses. Please complete an application for each person over 18 that will reside at the property and leave the application and fee ($20 per applicant) at the open house. Once your application and fee are received, we will run credit and criminal checks and contact your current and previous landlord and employer. We generally respond within 48 hrs. Fees are refunded to applicants if the property is rented before their application is reviewed. We collect deposit (1 month's rent plus 1/2 month's rent if you have pets) at the time the lease is signed and we collect first month's rent prior to move-in. We do not accept section 8.
