RENTAL PERIOD: Please note, our cottage is available for a three to five-month rental period from December 15th through May 15th, 2026. Our cozy cottage is located in the heart of Montford, Asheville's historic district, which was rated one of the "most beautiful historical neighborhoods in America" by Thrillist. This studio comes fully furnished with a super comfortable queen-sized bed and a kitchenette with an electric stove, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a large dresser, drawers, lounge chair, and desk. The bathroom features a full-sized shower and a separate antique soaking tub. The property is shared with a main house, which is occupied by the property owners. A parking space on the private driveway and a small garden area are also shared between the homes. There is no laundry on the premises, but there are affordable pick-up/delivery options as well as a laundromat nearby. Our cottage is available for a three-month rental period from December 15th through March 15th, 2026. Utilities (water, electricity, and wifi) and bi-monthly cleaning are included in the rental fee. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. No gatherings or parties will be allowed on site.
