You may park in one of the gravel spaces near the entry gate. This centrally located condo is just three blocks from the river for kayaking, with easy access to Rainey Street, 6th Street, and more. Whole Foods and many of Austin's top restaurants are nearby. Downtown Austin, Rainey Street, and Eastside Station are all 0.6 miles away, UT Campus is 3 miles away, and The Domain is 12 miles away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Please ensure you keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property; please do not tamper with them. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed.
