HI! I'm Jonathan Mann. My wife Juliana and I are renting out the second floor of our home. It's got a large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is laundry in the basement. It's got a back yard. There's a driveway and a garage. It's a 5 minute walk to UCONN's law school. We have a tenant on the first floor. She's very sweet and likes to garden. We are going to keep a bunch of our stuff on the 3rd floor. We mostly won't be sleeping here, but I am going to be keeping my music studio on the 3rd floor, so I'll be around most days during the day. The third floor has it's own entrance so I can stay out of your way if you want. Just text me, call or email with any questions or if you want to see the place. Open to month to month, short or long term leases.
