Small 2 bedroom, 1 bath home (approx. 700 sqft) sitting on just over 1 acre of land located 20 minutes from state game lands. The home has oil heat but is supplemented by a pellet stove in the basement. The pellet stove can heat the entire house and was installed in 2019. Metal roof was installed in 2019. New deep well installed in 2019 for water replacing the 25ft shallow well. The well does have sediment in the water and needs a better filtration system; there is a small spin down filter and sediment tank that will remain with the home. The biggest issue with the well is that we weren't living in the house full time for the last 2 years, so the usage was really low. After a couple of showers and normal daily usage, the water clears up a lot. The water was used for cooking and making coffee. New vinyl plank floors were installed in 2019.
