This vacation rental features: 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom The Master bedroom is truly its own retreat. You will find a King bed, with new furnishings and high-end linens. There is a flat screen TV for your entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Bunk Room has Twin beds, and a half bathroom just steps away. It also has its own TV! There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room if additional sleeping space is necessary. The property also has a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. The open floor plan is highlighted by natural light and carries into the living area. This is a genuine entertaining space, with ample seating, a large, flat- screen TV and amazing ocean views. Watch movies, play games or just relax and read a book! The balcony is perfect for sunset cocktails before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area. Parking: Locate your reserved parking space, labeled 1810 (it is on the 9th floor Up-Ramp going up to the 10th floor, closer to the top of the ramp, on the left). If another car is parked in your reserved parking space, park in any space marked yellow and contact Property Patrol in the portico. For your convenience, we purchase your parking pass and amenity packet and leave it in your room, so you don't have to go to the front desk and wait in line to purchase one. We are obviously unable to do this with last-minute reservations. Your amenity packet comes with your RFID wristbands and parking pass in your unit, in the kitchen area. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance. The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only. If you have any problems with parking onsite, feel free to contact Property Patrol. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes. If you have an additional vehicle, read the following carefully: There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number. Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online at passportparking. In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there's no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.
