A great gulf view, a few steps from the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, a short walk to Walmart/Walgreens/McDonalds, a few minute stroll to Ripley's Believe it or Not and Wonderwork attractions! This unit also includes a reserved parking space in the parking garage. This condo has wood grain tile floors throughout the condo, NO CARPET. Plenty of seating in the living area plus a queen sleeper sofa. There is a seating for 4 at the dining table, and seating for 4 at the bar. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and pool, and you can see the sunset from the balcony. Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permits). Guest must pay the concierge in the lobby a 1-time $50 fee for registration packet Owner pays for water, internet, TV, power.
