All of our apartments come with all major kitchen appliances which include a dishwasher, built in microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and a full size washer and dryer! Our application fee is just $40 per adult who resides in the household with a standard deposit of $350 for any size unit! -- there is still availability for August and future months! In addition to our apartments, we have some great amenities to offer at no additional cost. We have a full size fitness center, tanning beds with facial tanners, a putting green, playground, basketball course, tennis court, business center, clubroom, and a 40,000 gallon resort style swimming pool with a cabana and fountains. We are just walking distance to Lake Overholser that has plenty of outdoor amenities.
