Not sure who posted this comment but it is disingenuous for this property and the surrounding ones. I'm the New owner of this property and it is true that the property tax at this time is above 8K, but that is due to a special assessment on the Taxes due to a water works project. Once the special assessment is paid off in 2022 or sooner if you decide to pay it in a lump sum, which can be checked in the city documents the taxes go down to about 6500.
