• Lease Duration: This lease agreement is for a fixed term of 12 months, starting from the agreed-upon move-in date. The lease will automatically terminate at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed or extended by both parties. Rent Payment: Rent is due on the first day of each month and payable by direct deposit. Late payments may incur a late fee of $100 if not received within three days after the due date. The deposit will be returned within seven days after the lease ends, minus any deductions for damage, unpaid rent, or other obligations outlined in the lease. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
